The project
 
    During the Covid-19 pandemic, public cultural events were compromised, making it crucial for event organizers to reinvent themselves. Hypercube, a virtual reality venue in Nantes, aimed to apply its digital expertise to new immersive experiences.

    
Les Légendes de Douar (transl. Douar's Legends) is an augmented reality treasure hunt set temporarily in a park in Nantes, France. Players are tasked with gathering nature spirits to find Gaïa, the unifying spirit who has disappeared.



    With the Hypercube team, we created the storyline and defined the stages of the journey so that families and young adults could easily play. My mission was then to develop the visual universe of the game, including its graphic design, characters, and park map, drawing inspiration from the Breton and Celtic universes which are highly present in the city of Nantes.
