The project

Top Explorer is a game by Topla Editions designed to help children learn to recognize different ways of representing numbers (written in words, on a dice, on the fingers of a hand, etc.) and thus assist in learning numeracy. During the creation process, my role was to determine the best way to graphically represent this content within an existing gameplay developed by the publishing house and inspired by the game of War.

The goal of the game is to quickly recognize the same numbers on the cards even though they are represented differently. We decided to create a universe related to animals and their ecosystems to
make the approach to mathematics more engaging.
